Introducing an inspired twist to our classic D.O.P Basil Genovese Pesto sauce; we folded the finest creamy Gorgonzola cheese into our emerald green D.O.P. Basil Pesto. The combination of the sweet basil and pungent Gorgonzola make for a unique sauce that will add a chef’s touch to pasta dishes, grilled meats, bruschetta and more!

NOTE:
The addition of Gorgonzola IS NOT a Ligurian (Genovese) tradition.
Gorgonzola IS NOT an aged cheese. On the contrary, it is quite creamy and fresh.
