Mozzarella & Tomato Caprese Ravioli with Pesto

Our Original Basil Pesto Genovese is the perfect pairing for our Mozzarella & Tomato Caprese Ravioli. And together, they make a dream weekday meal you can whip up in minutes.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato Caprese Ravioli
5 oz. Fresh green beans, washed, trimmed, and sliced into 2” segments
½ Cup Nuovo Original Basil Genovese Pesto
2 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated (Optional)


  1. Set a large pot with one gallon of water to boil. Once the water is boiling, add a pinch of salt and the green beans and cook for two minutes.
  2. Add ravioli to the same pot and cook according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, reserve ¼ cup of cooking water for later use. Drain ravioli and beans and place them in a serving bowl.
  3. Spoon basil pesto on top and mix gently, adding the reserved pasta water 1 Tbsp at a time—just enough to obtain a creamy consistency. Sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese if desired. Enjoy!
