Tri Color Mozzarella & Herb Tortellini

Tricolor Mozzarella and Herb Tortellini paired with a simple parmigiano cream sauce...can you name a more crowd-pleasing dish? Filled with creamy ricotta, fresh mozzarella, aged romano, and nutty parmesan, our four-cheese tortellini requires little extra prep to take it from package to an award-winning meal.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Tri Color Mozzarella & Herb Tortellini
½ Cup Heavy cream
4 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated


  1. Cook tortelloni separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions.
  2. While tortellini are cooking, place cream in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until simmering. Add Parmigiano to the cream and stir well.
  3. Drain tortellini and place them in the skillet. Keep heat on medium and stir until creamy. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
