Organic Spinach and Cheese Tortellini with Lemon, Spinach, and Parmesan Cream

Satisfy your cheesy cravings with Nuovo Organic Spinach and Cheese Tortellini! Add Parmesan Cream to warm spinach and sprinkle some Lemon - the combo will make your palate dance in no time with this easy-to-make recipe made by @rosariochefvaltellina


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Organic Spinach and Cheese Tortellini
2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
1 Garlic clove, chopped fine
½ Cup Heavy cream
5 oz Pack organic baby spinach (pre-washed)
Zest of ½ lemon
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated


  1. Place butter and garlic in a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until shallots are golden.
  2. Add cream, bring to a simmer and add spinach; cook for a few more minutes until spinach is wilted and sauce creamy.
  3. Add lemon zest, stir gently and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook tortellini separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.
  5. Drain and add to saucepan.
  6. Stir thoroughly and transfer to a serving platter; sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese. Enjoy!
