Ricotta & Parmigiano Tortellini with Parmigiano Cream

Why have 1 cheese when you can have 2? Nuovo’s creamy blend of ricotta and Parmigiano cheese in an authentic, handmade-style tortellini is the simple dinner you’ve been searching for! Tossed in a luscious, 1-step cream sauce, this recipe makes it easy to create a cheesy and satisfying dinner.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Ricotta and Parmigiano Tortellini
½ Cup Heavy cream
4 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated


  1. Cook tortellini separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions.
  2. While tortellini are cooking, place cream in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until simmering. 
  3.  Add Parmigiano to the cream and stir well. Drain tortellini and place them in the skillet. Keep heat on medium and stir until creamy.
  4.  Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
