Pumpkin and Sage Ravioli

Roasted, sweet pumpkin blends with soft ricotta and rich nutmeg - and that’s just inside the ravioli! Our Pumpkin & Sage Ravioli is topped with all the best fall flavors, like sweet corn, fresh red pepper, and salty black olives. This is the ultimate autumn-inspired dish to make that everyone at the table will enjoy.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Pumpkin and Sage Ravioli
4 Tbsp Butter
1/4 cup fresh sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced
1  sweet red pepper
1 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated


  1. Clean red pepper by removing stem and seeds and cut it in 1″ diamond shapes, or any other fun shapes if you prefer.
  2. Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, place butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until it starts to foam. Add corn and red pepper and cook until tender but still brightly colored. Top with black olives.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley and Parmigiano as a finishing touch. Enjoy!
