Classic Italian Beef Bolognese Ravioli with Butter, Fresh Herbs and Parmigiano Reggiano

Cut into Nuovo’s Classic Italian Beef Ravioli to reveal the tender braised beef in a traditional red wine and tomato bolognese preparation. So hearty and delicious, the only addition we recommend is a light butter sauce with fresh herbs and Parmigiano cheese.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Classic Italian Beef Bolognese Ravioli
4 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Fresh garden herbs such as chives, parsley and thyme, chopped
1 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated


  1. Cook ravioli separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, place butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat and cook until butter starts to foam.
  2. Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter. Spoon butter on top and sprinkle with chopped herbs and Parmigiano Reggiano as a finishing touch. Enjoy!
