Ingredients
2 Packs (9 oz. each) Nuovo Pasta Mac-N-Cheezy Ravioli
4 Tablespoons salted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. While the water comes up to a boil, make the sauce.
- Heat a large skillet on medium-high then melt the salted butter. Lower the heat to low
and allow the butter to brown. Swirl pan occasionally. - Pour the heavy cream into the skillet with the browned butter and stir.
- Add grated parmesan cheese to the skillet and continue stirring until cheese is melted.
- Season the sauce with salt and black pepper. Turn off the heat.
- Season the pot of water with 1 Tablespoon of salt and cook Nuovo Pasta Ravioli – Mac-N-Cheezy for 4 minutes on a gentle boil.
- Butter an oven safe baking dish and add the cooked Nuovo Pasta Ravioli – Mac-N-Cheezy along with the creamy cheese sauce. Sprinkle more grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Place the baking dish under the broiler until bubbly and lightly golden, 3-5 minutes.
- To serve, add more grated parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
