Ingredients
9 oz. Nuovo Pasta Crab and Lobster Ravioli
2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
2 Small shallots, chopped fine
1⁄4 Cup Dry sherry
1 Cup Heavy cream
1 Tbsp Italian tomato paste
Pinch Red chili flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Fresh chives, sliced thin
Directions
Place butter and chopped shallots in a small saucepan and cook on medium-low heat
until shallots are golden. Add sherry and cook to evaporate alcohol. Add cream, tomato
paste, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook for five more minutes. Season with
salt. Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.
Drain and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with chives.
