Shamrock Ravioli With Irish Cheddar Sauce

Servings: 3 to 4 | Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins

Italian ravioli and Irish cheese never looked so good together 😍 Our shamrock-shaped ravioli comes filled with Irish aged cheddar, shredded mozzarella, creamy white cheddar, velvety ricotta, and our legendary Parmigiano for a deliciously cheesy, fun meal that’s ready to celebrate 💚☘️


1 Pack (16 oz) Nuovo Shamrock Ravioli
2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
1 Small white onion, chopped fine
1 Cup Heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
½ Cup Irish Cheddar, shaved
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped


  1. Place butter and chopped onion in a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until golden.
  2. Add cream and cheddar, bring to a simmer, and cook for a more minutes on low fire, stirring thoroughly until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.
  4. Drain and place on a serving platter.
  5. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
  6. Enjoy with a pint of your favorite Irish ale.
