Pumpkin & Sage Ravioli with Brown Butter, Sage, and Parmigiano

Light flavors of pumpkin, brown butter, and sage dance on your tastebuds in this light, airy, and delectable dish.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Pumpkin and Sage Ravioli

4 Tbsp Butter

6 ea. Fresh sage leaves, stacked and sliced thin

2 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated


1. Cook ravioli separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, place butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat and cook until butter starts to foam. Add sage and cook until crisp. 

2. Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano as a finishing touch. Enjoy!
