Crab & Lobster Ravioli with Olive Oil, Lemon Zest and Chives

Simplicity meets perfection in this colorful seafood dish; guaranteed to impress everyone at the dinner table. In each of Nuovo's Crab & Lobster Ravioli, crabmeat and steamed lobster are coarsely ground and tossed with drawn butter and herbs.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Italian Crab and Lobster Ravioli
4 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Shaved lemon zest (use organic lemon)
1 Tbsp Fresh chives, sliced


  1. Cook ravioli separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. 
  2. Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter. Drizzle oil on top and then sprinkle with lemon zest and chives. Enjoy!
