Italian Sausage & Mozzarella Ravioli with Tuscan Beans

Nuovo Pasta’s Italian Sausage & Mozzarella Ravioli with Tuscan Beans is more than just a quick and easy recipe ready in no time. Each of our ravioli is stuffed with savory Italian sausage and creamy mozzarella for authentic Italian flavors in every bite!


1 (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Classic Italian Sausage & Mozzarella Ravioli
4 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp Fresh Sage, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1 Small jar or can (12 oz) white beans (cannellini or great northern)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Fresh Italian flat parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp Pecorino Romano, grated


  1. Cook ravioli separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, place oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-low heat, add garlic and sage, and cook for a minute; do not allow the garlic to brown.
  2. Drain and rinse white beans and add them to the skillet. Cook for another minute or two, season with salt and pepper, add parsley and stir.
  3. Transfer half of the bean sauce to a serving platter.
  4. Drain ravioli and place on top of the beans. Spoon the rest of the bean sauce on top and sprinkle with Pecorino Romano. Enjoy!
