Ingredients

Nuovo Pasta Classic Italian Sausage & Mozzarella Ravioli4 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp Fresh Sage, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1 Small jar or can (12 oz) white beans (cannellini or great northern)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Fresh Italian flat parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp Pecorino Romano, grated
Directions
- Cook ravioli separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, place oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-low heat, add garlic and sage, and cook for a minute; do not allow the garlic to brown.
- Drain and rinse white beans and add them to the skillet. Cook for another minute or two, season with salt and pepper, add parsley and stir.
- Transfer half of the bean sauce to a serving platter.
- Drain ravioli and place on top of the beans. Spoon the rest of the bean sauce on top and sprinkle with Pecorino Romano. Enjoy!
