CRAB and LOBSTER RAVIOLI With Pan-Seared Corn and Burrata

9 oz. Nuovo Pasta Crab and Lobster Ravioli
4 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 small shallot, chopped fine
1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels (Fresh or frozen)
4 oz Fresh burrata cheese (use fresh mozzarella as alternative)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp Fresh chives, sliced thin


  1. Place butter, chopped shallots, and corn kernels in a sauté pan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes until golden.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and place on a serving platter.
  4. Break up the burrata in walnut-sized pieces and scatter it over the ravioli. Spoon butter sauce with sautéed corn on top and sprinkle with chives.
  5. Enjoy!
