Valentine’s Day Hearts Ravioli with Vodka Sauce

Planning for Valentine’s Day? We’ve got you covered. Introducing our Heart-Shaped 4 Cheese Ravioli. Pair it with a creamy vodka sauce for a meal that screams love.


1 Pack (20 oz) Heart Shaped Four Cheese Ravioli

4 Tbsp Unsalted butter

2 Small shallots (or one small red onion), chopped fine

¼ Cup Vodka

2 Cups Heavy cream

2 Tbsp Italian tomato paste

Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp (or to taste) smoked paprika

4 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated

1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped


Place butter and chopped shallots in a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until shallots are golden.

Add vodka and cook to evaporate alcohol. Add cream and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer and cook for five more minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.

Drain and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
