Tri Color Mozzarella and Herb Tortellini with Parmigiano Cream

Erase the weeknight dinner hassle with this Tricolor Mozzarella and Herb Tortellini with Parmigiano Cream is a creamy mix of soft mozzarella, fresh garden herbs, and the finest Italian Parmigiano all atop our tortellini, holding four types of cheese in each softly wrapped bite.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Tri-Color Tortellini 
½ Cup Heavy cream
4 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated


  1. Cook tortelloni separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. While tortellini are cooking, place cream in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until simmering. Add Parmigiano to the cream and stir well.
  2. Drain tortellini and place them in the skillet. Keep heat on medium and stir until creamy. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
