Trees and Bells Ravioli

Servings: 3 to 4 | Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins

The holidays become extra fun and flavor-filled with Nuovo’s Tree and Bells Ravioli! Covered in a creamy sauce and filled with cheesy goodness, they’re perfect for guests of all ages and the ultimate addition to any holiday table.


1 Pack Nuovo Trees and Bells Ravioli (1 pound)
4 Tbsp Unsalted butters
2 Small shallots (or one small red onion), chopped fine
2 Cups Heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ Cup Tricolor carrot confetti (or tricolor sweet peppers)
4 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
1 Tbsp Fresh chives, sliced


  1. Clean carrots or peppers and thinly slice into matchsticks; turn matchsticks and
  2. slice again to resemble confetti.
  3. Place butter and chopped shallots in a small saucepan and cook over medium-
  4. low heat until shallots are golden.
  5. Add cream, bring to a simmer, and cook for a few minutes on low heat stirring
  6. gently until slightly thickened.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.
  8. Place cream sauce on a large serving platter, drain ravioli and place them on cream sauce with trees and bells facing up. Sprinkle carrot or pepper confetti and chives on and around trees and bells. Sprinkle Parmigiano on ravioli to resemble snowflakes. Happy holidays!
