Ingredients
1 Pack (9 oz.) Sweet Potato Gnocchi
4 Tbsp Butter
4 Tbsp sliced or slivered almonds
2 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Directions
- Cook gnocchi separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, place butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat and cook until butter starts to foam. Add almonds and cook until golden.
- Drain gnocchi and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano as a finishing touch. Enjoy!
