Ingredients

  • Nuovo’s Artichoke & Olive Dip & Spread
  • Tri-color pepper crudités
  • Marinated Mediterranean olives
  • Nuovo’s Roasted Pepper, Almond & Golden Raisin Dip & Spread
  • Ricotta blend served with yellow & blue corn chips
  • Nuovo’s Roasted Portabella & Truffle Dip & Spread
  • Mushroom crostini with Gorgonzola and chives
  • Nuovo’s Lemon Basil Pistachio Dip & Spread
  • Endive leaf “boats” filled with chèvre blended with the dip
  • Mozzarella cherries tossed with Lemon Basil Pistachio Dip

Directions

Tri-Color Crudités & Dip:
Arrange raw tri-colored peppers in a bowl with Artichoke & Olive Dip in the center.

Marinated Olives:
Toss Mediterranean olives with Artichoke & Olive Dip and allow to marinate.

Naan Capricciosa:
Toast naan and top with the dip, mozzarella, and herbs (recipe provided in additional brief).

Ricotta Corn Chip Dip:
Blend Roasted Pepper, Almond & Golden Raisin Dip with ricotta and serve with corn chips.

Mushroom Crostini:
Top toasted baguette slices with Gorgonzola and a spoonful of dip; garnish with chives.

Endive Boats:
Fill endive leaves with a chèvre + Lemon Basil Pistachio Dip blend.

Mozzarella Cherries: Toss mozzarella cherries with Lemon Basil Pistachio Dip and serve chilled.
