Italian Sausage and Mozzarella Ravioli with Roasted Portabella and Truffle Sauce

air our Italian Sausage and Mozzarella Ravioli with our Roasted Portabella and Truffle Sauce for a meal that comes together simply and oh-so-deliciously.

Ingredients

1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Italian Sausage and Mozzarella RavioliĀ 

1 Cup Heavy cream

Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Ā¼ Cup Nuovo Roasted Portabella & Truffle Pesto

1 Scallion thinly sliced

Directions

Wash and trim the scallion one inch above the roots. Keep the bright green ends and slice them thinly at a bias.

Cook ravioli in salted boiling water according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, place cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for two more minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add Nuovo Roasted Portabella & Truffle Pesto, and stir over very low heat until smooth.

Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with scallion slices. Enjoy!
