Crab and Lobster Ravioli with Vodka Sauce

Servings: 2 | Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins

Nothing beats the delectable combination of soft crab, luxurious lobster, and a rich vodka sauce to slather over it. Soft, smooth, and irresistible, Nuovo’s Crab and Lobster Ravioli holds the rich flavors of the sea in each bite.


1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Crab & Lobster Ravioli

2 Tbsp Unsalted butter

2 Small shallots, chopped fine

¼ Cup Vodka 

1/2   Cup Heavy cream

1 Cup Italian crushed tomatoes

Pinch Red chili flakes

2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Salt to taste

1 Tbsp Fresh basil,   chopped fine  


Place butter and chopped shallots in a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until shallots are golden. Add vodka and cook to evaporate alcohol. Add cream, crushed tomatoes, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer, add Parmesan and basil, and cook for a few more minutes over VERY low heat. Season with salt to taste. While sauce is simmering, cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and enjoy!
