Tender Nuovo Pasta Classic Italian Beef Ravioli is paired with a vibrant, herb-forward sauce that’s bright, silky, and irresistibly fresh.
1. Thoroughly wash all herbs and remove leaves; discard stems and scallion roots; wash and zest lemon.
2. Puree oil, garlic, herbs, lemon juice and half of the zest using a food processor or immersion blender
until well mixed, adding a tablespoon or two of water if needed for better processing.
3. Cook ravioli in salted boiling water according to package directions.
4. Spoon half of the sauce onto a serving platter.
5. Drain ravioli and place atop sauce on the serving platter.
6. Drizzle the rest of the sauce on the ravioli and sprinkle with Parmigiano and the rest of the lemon zest.
