Ingredients
1 Jar (7 oz.) NUOVO Roasted Portabella & Truffle (Dip and Spread)
1 French baguette
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3/4 lb. sliced rare roast beef
1 bunch fresh chives, sliced in ¼” segments
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
2. Slice baguette diagonally into ½” slices.
3. Brush both sides with olive oil.
4. Place bread on baking sheet and toast in oven until golden, NOT brown (about 10 to
15 minutes depending on the oven).
5. Remove sheet pan with bread from oven and allow to cool. Evenly spread with half
of the PORTABELLA TRUFFLE spread.
6. Arrange folded roast beef slices on top.
7. Use a teaspoon to evenly distribute the rest of the PORTABELLA TRUFFLE spread
on top of each crostino.
8. Sprinkle sliced chives on top as a final touch. Enjoy!
