Directions
- Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a rapid boil. Carefully add pasta to water. Reduce heat and simmer gently for approximately 3 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165F as measured by a food grade thermometer.
- Strain pasta and chill in cold water for 3 minutes.
- Strain pasta well again, add to a mixing bowl.
- Open mozzarella pouch and salad dressing pouch on top of tortellini mixing bowl. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use!
