Tricolor Mozzarella and Herb Tortellini paired with a simple parmigiano cream sauce...can you name a more crowd-pleasing dish? Filled with creamy ricotta, fresh mozzarella, aged romano, and nutty parmesan, our four-cheese tortellini requires little extra prep to take it from package to an award-winning meal.
Ingredients
- 1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Tri Color Mozzarella & Herb Tortellini
- ½ Cup Heavy cream
- 4 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Directions
- Cook tortelloni separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions.
- While tortellini are cooking, place cream in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until simmering. Add Parmigiano to the cream and stir well.
- Drain tortellini and place them in the skillet. Keep heat on medium and stir until creamy. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
