Shamrock Ravioli with Butter and Parmesan Cheese

Traditional Italian pasta and authentic Irish cheese never looked so good together. Feast your eyes on this delish Nuovo's shamrock-shaped ravioli - filled with imported Irish aged cheddar, shredded mozzarella, creamy white cheddar, velvety ricotta, and our legendary Parmigiano. Covered in a butter and parmesan sauce, we swoon over each bite and you will too!


1- 20 oz package Nuovo Shamrock Ravioli 

5 tbsp unsalted butter 

3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 

2 cloves garlic, optional 

freshly cracked black pepper, optional


1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of cooking water, and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt the butter. When the butter has melted completely, add the garlic if using. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant and hot, and then stir in cooked ravioli.
3. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted, and then add a few tablespoons of reserved cooking water (if needed) until raviolis are well-coated. Season with freshly cracked black pepper and more grated Parmesan cheese
