Pan-seared Broccolini with Fragrant Lemon & Mascarpone Ravioli

Pan-seared Broccolini with Fragrant Lemon and Mascarpone Ravioli transforms an ordinary meal into a 5-star experience. So simple to make and yet so full of flavor, bringing authentic Italian flavors to the table can be done any time of the year, with none other than Nuovo Pasta!


1 pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Fragrant Lemon & Mascarpone Ravioli
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 bunch broccolini
½ cup dry white wine
4 lemon wedges


  1. Thoroughly rinse broccolini under cold running water; cut off just a thin segment from the bottom of the stalks and that’s it—you are done.
  2. Finely chop the garlic. Heat oil in a large non-reactive pan on medium heat; add garlic and broccolini and cook for a few minutes, turning broccolini once. Add wine, cover, and cook for a few more minutes until the stalks are tender but still bright green in color and retain a bite. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.
    Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter, alternating with the cooked broccolini. Spoon remaining pan sauce on top. Garnish with lemon wedges and enjoy!
