Ingredients
- 9 oz. Nuovo Pasta Crab and Lobster Ravioli
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 small shallot, chopped fine
- 1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels (Fresh or frozen)
- 4 oz Fresh burrata cheese (use fresh mozzarella as alternative)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives, sliced thin
Directions
- Place butter, chopped shallots, and corn kernels in a sauté pan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes until golden.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and place on a serving platter.
- Break up the burrata in walnut-sized pieces and scatter it over the ravioli. Spoon butter sauce with sautéed corn on top and sprinkle with chives.
