CIABATTA SANDWICHES

Bright, fresh, and full of flavor, these ciabatta sandwiches are a simple yet sophisticated take on a classic Italian favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 ea. Ciabatta rolls OR Focaccia squares (4” to 5” size)
  • 8 ea. Fresh mozzarella slices approximately ¼” thick
  • 1 Lb. Fine quality Italian mortadella, thinly sliced
  • 1 Jar Nuovo Lemon Basil Pistachio Dip & Spread

Directions

  1. Optional: warm up rolls or focaccia for a better texture, then slice them in half

  2. Evenly spread Nuovo Lemon Basil Pistachio Dip & Spread on both sides of each roll.

  3. Assemble sandwiches by layering two slices of mozzarella on each bottom half

  4. Layer with gently folded slices of mortadella.

  5. Close the sandwiches and enjoy!
