Erase the weeknight dinner hassle with this Tricolor Mozzarella and Herb Tortellini with Parmigiano Cream is a creamy mix of soft mozzarella, fresh garden herbs, and the finest Italian Parmigiano all atop our tortellini, holding four types of cheese in each softly wrapped bite.
Ingredients
- 1 Pack (9 oz.) Tri-Color Tortellini
- ½ Cup Heavy cream
- 4 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Directions
- Cook tortelloni separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. While tortellini are cooking, place cream in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until simmering. Add Parmigiano to the cream and stir well.
- Drain tortellini and place them in the skillet. Keep heat on medium and stir until creamy. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
