Italian ravioli and Irish cheese never looked so good together 😍 Our shamrock-shaped ravioli comes filled with Irish aged cheddar, shredded mozzarella, creamy white cheddar, velvety ricotta, and our legendary Parmigiano for a deliciously cheesy, fun meal that’s ready to celebrate 💚☘️
Ingredients
- 1 Pack (16 oz)Nuovo Shamrock Ravioli
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 Small white onion, chopped fine
- 1 Cup Heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ Cup Irish Cheddar, shaved
- 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
Directions
- Place butter and chopped onion in a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until golden.
- Add cream and cheddar, bring to a simmer, and cook for a more minutes on low fire, stirring thoroughly until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.
- Drain and place on a serving platter.
- Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
- Enjoy with a pint of your favorite Irish ale.
