Naan Capricciosa

Say hello to your new favorite summer appetizer: Naan Capricciosa topped with Nuovo’s Artichoke & Olive Dip & Spread. Crispy naan, melty mozzarella, and our rich, savory spread come together for a bite that’s simple yet totally satisfying. It’s the perfect warm-weather snack to enjoy with an aperitivo!

Ingredients

  • 2 Stonefire Indian Naan breads (8.8 oz pack)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (½ cup per naan)
  • 6–8 Tbsp Nuovo Artichoke & Olive Dip & Spread

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to medium heat.
  2. Place naan on a baking sheet and top each with ½ cup shredded mozzarella.
  3. Bake until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and spread Nuovo’s Artichoke & Olive Dip evenly over the top.
  5. Cut into small squares and serve warm.
  6. Enjoy with a crisp aperitivo of your choice!
