Ingredients
- 1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato Caprese Ravioli
- 4 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ Cup Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 1 Tbsp Fresh basil, chopped or thinly sliced
Directions
- Cook ravioli separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter.
- In a small bowl, mix oil and tomatoes; lightly season with a pinch of salt. Spoon olive oil and tomatoes on ravioli and then top with fresh basil. Enjoy!
