Ingredients
- 9 oz. Nuovo Pasta Crab and Lobster Ravioli
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 Small shallots, chopped fine
- 1⁄4 Cup Dry sherry
- 1 Cup Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Italian tomato paste
- Pinch Red chili flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp Fresh chives, sliced thin
Directions
- Place butter and chopped shallots in a small saucepan and cook on medium-low heat until shallots are golden.
- Add sherry and cook to evaporate alcohol. Add cream, tomato paste, and chili flakes.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for five more minutes. Season with salt.
- Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.
- Drain and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with chives.
- Enjoy!
