Spinach Asiago Roasted Garlic Ravioli with Pine Nuts

Servings: 4 | Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins

A quick and yummy meal that marries the satisfying flavors of fresh pasta & toasted pine nuts add a yummy crunch.


  • 1 package Nuovo Pasta Spinach Asiago Roasted Garlic Ravioli
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • Parmesan for topping


  1. Cook the ravioli according to the package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the pine nuts, stirring occasionally, until the butter and pine nuts are browned (but not burned), 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Gently mix in the ravioli, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese.
