Pumpkins & Bats Ravioli

Make Nuovo’s Pumpkins and Bats Ravioli and they’ll go down as a treat for kids and adults alike. Cheesy goodness fills each bite of ravioli and can be topped with walnuts and sage for a simple, fun Halloween treat that can be made in less than 10 minutes. Celebrate Halloween in style with Nuovo Pasta!


1 Pack Nuovo Pumpkins & Bats Ravioli 

½ Cup chopped walnuts

4 Tbsp butter

A few fresh sage leaves, stacked and sliced thin

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated


Cook ravioli separately in salted boiling water according to package directions.

While ravioli are cooking, place butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and heat until butter starts to foam. Add sage and cook until crisp. Season with salt and pepper. 

Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter. Spoon sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and Parmigiano as a finishing touch. Enjoy!
